Everyone should do some type of exercise no matter if it’s walking around your house, or going for a lil run at a nearby park. Working out helps an individual mentally and physically because once you see improvement of your body mentally you’re going to be feeling good about yourself. To start off small walk around your neighborhood or around the house for maybe a good 15-20 minutes until you’re ready to start doing more minutes to couple of hours. We all should have an opportunity to feel good in the body that god gave us, but we also need to take care of ourselves!
